Standard Shipping is offered in the USA via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product choice. If Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days. No international shipping is currently available.

For all orders over $200, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept the shipment.

Refund Policy
All Lux Medi Rx products are subject to the refund policy. Unopened and sealed products may be returned for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Store credit is not available. Returned items can be refunded for the original purchase price minus shipping costs. Items must be in unused condition.

Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

At its sole discretion, Lux Medi Rx may replace product proven to be lost by DHL, UPS, or USPS its shipping providers.
